Experience:

• Language: 1 to 3 years depending on the Level of proficiency in the Language
• IT Skills: MS Office, PDF
• Domain: Retail IT

Responsibilities:

We need to interact with these distributors in Russian language,  communication could be via email or phone calls.

1. There will be need for us to call the distributor, in this case we will explain the details of call to the language resource, who would in turn need to explain the same to distributor in Russian.

2. If distributor wants to contact us, we will do three way conference and language resource should be able to do translation on call.  

3. Language translation is also required to convert emails from English to Russian and vice a versa. 

4. L1 Support might be needed from 11am to 8:30 pm IST
